Job summary

Sabin Viehland Interior Design in Connecticut seeks a Studio Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This detail-driven, operational role centers on supporting project flow, logistics, and ensuring every detail is executed with consistency and care.

You'll be the connective tissue between projects, people, and process, maintaining calendars, coordinating installations and deliveries, and supporting vendor and client communication in a fast-paced residential design studio.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high accuracy standard.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day function of the studio, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Maintain organization across physical and digital systems.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and team logistics.
• Oversee project flow with accurate tracking across active projects.
• Communicate updates with designers, clients, and vendors.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust plans proactively.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming product.
• Coordinate storage, deliveries, returns, and exchanges with procurement.
• Assist in onboarding new projects and setting up systems.
