Job summary

School of Rock is seeking a Studio Coordinator to serve as the administrative focal point, delivering exceptional customer service while juggling multiple tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help run the School and create an amazing experience for students, parents, and prospective customers.

The role emphasizes scheduling, front desk duties, tours, and billing support, with a strong emphasis on safety, conduct, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year+ working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role.
• High detail orientation and ability to multitask.
• Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Interest in music or experience with young people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex scheduling for a busy music school.
• Assist General Manager with a wide variety of tasks.
• Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents.
• Greet and welcome students and families.
• Handle opening and closing of school.
• Answer phones and field inquiries; pitch the music program.
• Work on special projects, prepare reports, and other administration including billing.
• Adhere to the School of Rock Code of Conduct and safety policies.
