Job summary

The School of Rock Blaine is seeking a Studio Coordinator to act as the administrative heartbeat of the studio. With strong customer service skills and multitasking ability, you will be the face of the school and help run daily operations, manage our local digital presence, and create a welcoming experience for students, parents, and prospective rock stars.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate scheduling, greet families, drive enrollment, manage social media, and support billing

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception, or customer service.
• 2+ years of managing social media accounts.
• High attention to detail with ability to multitask in a lively environment.
• Sales experience and comfort discussing programs.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and a collaborative team player mindset.
• An interest in music or experience with youth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master the Calendar: Manage complex scheduling for a busy music school to keep lessons running smoothly.
• Be the Face of the Studio: Greet and support students and families with welcoming, outgoing energy.
• Drive Enrollment: Answer phones, field inquiries, and share your passion for our programs with prospective families to help grow our community.
• Manage Social Media: Oversee our local social media channels, creating engaging content that highlights our students, shows, and vibrant school culture.
• Show Off the Space: Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents.
• Keep Things Running: Support the General Manager with a variety of tasks, handle opening/closing duties, prepare reports, and assist with billing.
• Prioritize Safety: Adhere strictly to the SOR Code of Conduct and safety policies, including our Monitoring and Supervision policy.
