Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a friendly Studio Advisor in Johns Creek, GA to support members and guests and assist instructors in delivering a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. You’ll drive membership growth by building relationships, promoting memberships and class packages, and handling check-ins with care.

This hourly role offers a base rate plus uncapped commissions, with weekend availability required. Excellent customer service, effective communication, and comfortable selling are essential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Check-in members and guests, greet and assist.
• Promote memberships and class packages to drive sales.
• Handle inquiries via email and in person.
• Maintain front desk area, keep it clean and organized.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues.
