You will drive revenue through relationship-building with prospective and current members while maintaining studio standards and a positive environment.

The role emphasizes open availability for shifts (including weekends), a base hourly rate, and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Open Availability- OPEN/MID/CLOSING Shifts.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promote specials.
• Reach out to potential members via email for sales opportunities; reconcile transitions.
• Promote and sell merchandise; handle customer service issues and billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk; perform general cleaning duties.
• Provide high-level customer service in interactions with guests.
