BODYROK in Chicago seeks a Studio Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, promote memberships and packages, and support instructors to foster a welcoming community. You will drive revenue through relationship-building with prospective and current members while maintaining studio standards and a positive environment.

The role emphasizes open availability for shifts (including weekends), a base hourly rate, and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
Open Availability- OPEN/MID/CLOSING Shifts.
Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests; ensure check-in procedures are followed.
Create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promote specials.
Reach out to potential members via email for sales opportunities; reconcile transitions.
Promote and sell merchandise; handle customer service issues and billing inquiries.
Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk; perform general cleaning duties.
Provide high-level customer service in interactions with guests.
