Job summary

BODYROK in Roswell, GA is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver outstanding member service, assist instructors, and cultivate a welcoming studio atmosphere. You will help drive memberships and package sales by building relationships with members and guests.

In this hourly role, you will check in members, promote offerings, handle inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized front desk area. Commission potential adds an earning opportunity within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of MindBody software preferred
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Friendly, welcoming personality
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance and greeting
• Sales: promote memberships and merchandise; reach out to potential members
• Handle inquiries via email, text, and phone to nurture sales opportunities
• Keep front desk and studio tidy; perform cleaning and organization tasks
• Provide highest level of customer service and resolve issues
• Promote and upsell services and programs
• Follow up with members to ensure expectations are exceeded
