Qualifications

• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Check in members and greet guests and ensure procedures are followed.
• Create sales opportunities through member promotions, referrals, and inquiries.
• Promote specials to current and future guests and follow up via email.
• Handle member service issues including address changes and billing questions.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized and promote merchandise.
