Job summary

Via Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Manager for Via Student Transit to manage strategic partnerships with school districts and transportation leaders across the U.S.

You’ll blend relationship management, data analysis, and consultative problem-solving to ensure program performance and drive renewals. You will travel up to 50% to launch and expand services, working with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience and scale

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Ability to translate operational data into strategic insights.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage school district and transportation partner relationships as the primary contact.
• Analyze transit performance data to identify improvements in routing, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions with partners.
• Advocate for customer needs across product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver clear presentations and updates to diverse audiences, including boards and staff.
