Job summary

Via is hiring a Partner Success Associate to drive relationships with school districts, analyze transit performance, and lead renewals and expansions. You will collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing to ensure a superior partner experience and scalable processes for the Student Transit vertical in the United States.

You are a self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of navigating ambiguity, and willing to travel up to half the time to launch and support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data-driven insights.
• Willingness to travel about 50% of the time.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership and users.
• Analyze transit performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions with customers.
• Advocate for customer needs with product, operations, deployment, and marketing.
• Deliver clear updates to audiences from boards to frontline staff.
• Help establish playbooks and workflows as the Student Transit vertical scales nationally.
