Via Transportation, Inc. is hiring a Partner Success Associate to support the Via Student Transit program in Seattle.

You’ll manage relationships with school districts and transit operators, analyze performance data, and drive service improvements and renewals to scale nationwide. You will collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams, presenting updates to diverse audiences from boards to frontline staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in roles like sales, customer success, or account management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Self-starting, proactive problem solver in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school districts, directors, and operators.
• Analyze transit performance data to identify improvements in routing and safety.
• Lead renewals and expansions to grow year-over-year adoption and revenue.
• Advocate for customer needs across product, operations, deployment and marketing teams.
