Job summary

Via seeks a Partner Success Associate for the Student Transit vertical in Seattle. You will manage relationships with school district leadership and transportation operators, analyze operational data, and drive service expansions while ensuring renewal growth across districts.

Travel about 50% is expected. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, clear communication, and collaboration with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams to optimize student mobility nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership, transportation directors, and operators.
• Analyze daily to long-term transit performance data to identify improvements in routing, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions to grow year-over-year adoption and revenue.
• Champion partner needs internally by collaborating with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and updates to diverse audiences including school boards and frontline staff.
• Build and scale playbooks, establish best practices, and define success metrics as the Student Transit vertical grows nationally.
