Job summary

Indian River State College is seeking a Test Proctor to support student testing services with a focus on accuracy, security, and service excellence. Under supervision, you will prepare the testing room, verify IDs, seat examinees, monitor sessions, and assist with material distribution and collection.

This role emphasizes organization, integrity, and confidentiality in handling records, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming student experience across campus testing environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the testing room and monitors students during test sessions to ensure a secure testing environment. (50%)
• Schedules clients for the CASAS/TABE Assessment and facilitation appointments. (20%)
• Contacts students for test scheduling. (10%)
• Assists in maintaining department files and records following confidential information policies. (10%)
• Inputs student applications, CASAS/TABE Scores, Student Data Summary Forms and special designators into the College's registration system. (5%)
• Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. (5%)
