Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College seeks a proctoring coordinator to manage on-campus and online exam administration with a focus on inclusivity and accuracy. The role supports the Testing Services Manager and ensures compliance with testing protocols.

Applicants should be able to travel to sites, obtain a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong customer service and confidentiality skills. Associates degree preferred and health benefits available.

Qualifications

• Provide certification, assessment, and distance education exam administration according to designated proctor policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all assessment services provided and supply this information to appropriate college offices on a timely basis.
• Be willing to work flexible and expanded hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and proctoring of certification and academic exams on campus and virtually.
• Oversee testing center operations in the absence of the Testing Services Manager.
• Train new proctors and update training as procedures change.
