Job summary

Indian River State College is seeking a Test Proctor to support student testing services. You will coordinate assessments, maintain testing security, assist with scheduling, and handle confidential records. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Under supervision, you will work with campus personnel to prepare testing areas, check IDs, and seat examinees. You will also monitor sessions and manage test materials according to policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred, especially in customer service.
• Computer literate with keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares testing room and monitors students during test sessions to ensure a secure environment.
• Schedules CASAS/TABE assessments and facilitation appointments.
• Contacts students for test scheduling.
• Maintains department files and confidential information policies.
• Inputs student applications, CASAS/TABE scores, and registration data into the college system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
