Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking student-friendly individuals to represent Starlink in the field and on campus. You will engage residents with door-to-door conversations, explain service options, and drive activations while coordinating with Mosaic leaders for training and guidance.

This is a part-time, W-2 role designed around a student schedule. You will earn an hourly base plus commissions, with additional referral incentives and regular support from sales leaders to

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around class schedule.
• Own a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious and coachable.
• Be comfortable meeting new people and learning quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes using maps to find households.
• Start conversations through door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Help build momentum with local events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and report to manager.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination as a Team Lead.
