Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in school and able to work 15–25 hours weekly around classes.
• Owns a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license; reliable transportation is important.
• No prior sales experience required; ambition, coachability, and willingness to learn are key.
• Ability to manage time, follow through, and show up with energy and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory near campus and plan routes using territory tools.
• Engage residents with door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Collaborate at events and with local partners to build momentum.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app; regular check-ins with manager.
