Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Student Business Development Team Lead representing SpaceX on behalf of Mosaic to build Starlink awareness through door-to-door outreach near campus.

You will own a territory, start conversations, and guide customers through the order process using your own device. This hands-on role combines sales, community engagement, and lightweight team leadership with paid training and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in school and able to work 15–25 hours per week.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious and coachable.
• Self-motivated with a plan and energy to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with door-to-door outreach near campus.
• Start conversations about Starlink and guide customers to order.
• Build community connections through events and partnerships.
• Log activity and results in Mosaic’s field app; participate in check-ins.
• Support recruiting and team coordination as a Team Lead.
