Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory and connect households with Starlink information. This part-time role fits around class schedules and includes base pay plus activation commissions.

You will engage communities, explain offerings, and guide customers through orders using a referral code. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and mileage/cell stipend benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior sales experience is not required; experience in customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and use data/tools to identify communities, plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and community/campus events, referrals, local partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code (no payments collected).
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations; participate in manager check-ins to review results.
