Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory in the United States. This part-time role (15–25 hours/week) combines hourly base pay with a $200 bonus for each qualified activation, within a W-2 employment arrangement for Mosaic.

You’ll build local awareness, engage households, and guide customers through ordering using a referral code, while gaining hands-on experience in field sales and business development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college, university, or educational program.
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient to rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to meet sales goals.
• Engage customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if Starlink fits their needs.
• Guide customers to place orders using your Starlink referral code.
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
