Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is hiring a Student Business Development Representative to represent Starlink in a campus-area territory. This part-time field role focuses on door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and driving activations while you study.

You will receive paid training, coaching, and a path to build experience in sales, territory planning, and customer engagement, with a base hourly pay plus commission for each qualified activation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student able to work 15–25 hours per week
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver9s license, smartphone
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious and coachable
• Self-motivated with time management and dependability

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes to identify households suitable for Starlink
• Conduct door-to-door outreach, explain offerings, and help customers get started using a referral code
• Engage with communities through events, markets, partnerships, and local groups when possible
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaics field app; participate in regular coaching
• Support field sales leaders and build skills for future opportunities
