Job summary

Tulane University in New Orleans is seeking approximately 18 teaching assistants to support a variety of Design studio and lecture courses. TAs will collaborate with faculty to plan and deliver engaging experiences and help foster students' creative growth and technical craft.

The position is on-campus (Uptown). Applicants should include a resume and portfolio; architecture students, including graduates, are welcome to apply. Compensation is hourly: undergraduate $14, graduate $17 per hour.

• Assist professor in class organization and planning, tracking attendance and assignment completion.
• Attend all class meetings.
• Host at least one office hour per week outside of class time.
• Communicate with students to answer questions and offer both creative and technical support.
• Engage students with course material through discussion and activities.
