CREST Collaborative is seeking a full-time 1:1 Support Staff for the Essex Academy Lower program located at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover, MA. The role supports students in grades PreK-7 and requires experience with de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches, with 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities include supporting academic programs, behavior plans, and data collection. Bachelor’s degree preferred; citizenship or work visa required.

Competenze

• Experience with therapeutic strategies (de-escalation, trauma-informed, CBT, restorative justice) and ABA strategies preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
• Experience working with students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Mansioni

• Collect and log data daily or weekly.
• Be reliable, well organized, and use sound judgment.
