CREST Collaborative in Andover, MA is seeking a dedicated 1:1 support staff member for the EPIC program located at 20 Shattuck Rd. The role supports students with medical needs under the supervision of a classroom nurse and licensed teacher.

Experience with de-escalation, trauma-informed practices, CBT and restorative justice is preferred; strong communication is essential. Starting immediately, full-time employment offers salary range $29,555–$42,706 depending on education and experience, and

Competenze

Experience with de-escalation, trauma-informed principles, CBT, restorative justice, behavior plans, and collecting a variety of data.
Minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
Prior experience working with students with medical needs, and academic, social, emotional and behavioral challenges.
Effective oral and written communication.

Mansioni

ADLs, supporting academic programs, behavior plans, collecting data and logging data daily or weekly.
Maintain reliable and organized record-keeping to support student progress.
