Job summary

CREST Collaborative in Andover, MA is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on our school campus. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized behavior plans, and contribute to IEPs while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, teachers and clinicians.

The schedule is 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, aligned to the Massachusetts public school calendar with 184 contracted days and an optional 24 days of summer school.

Qualifications

• FBAs and behavioral observations are essential for program planning.
• Develop individualized behavior plans and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to write IEPs.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and behavior support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and behavior observations as needed
• Develop individualized behavior plans
• Contribute to IEP development and write quarterly progress updates
• Maintain a caseload of consult-only IEP grid hours
• Demonstrate Safety-Care procedures (training provided on site)
• Support de-escalation and behavior management; mentor staff
• Create plans based on age, needs, social skills, and development
• Manage data collection and analyze data; train staff
• Lead staff training and professional development
• Provide supervision to RBTs as needed
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, teachers and clinicians
