Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education or related field required.
• 1–3 years of human services or related experience.
• Ability to navigate crisis situations with discretion.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and scheduled student support.
• Advise faculty and staff on case-specific issues.
• Coordinate case management for students of concern with campus partners.
• Respond to emergencies in collaboration with campus resources.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports.
• Engage in education and outreach for the department.
