The role will provide enrollment-related counseling to undergraduate and graduate students and families, and support coordination with departments across the university to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

The position emphasizes advising on financial aid, determining eligibility for grants and loans, and designing outreach through presentations and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of customer service and enrollment experience.
• Financial aid administration experience is highly desired.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment counseling to students and families on undergraduate and graduate processes.
• Advise on financial aid eligibility and financing options for students and their families.
• Serve as liaison between Enrollment Management and colleges to clarify enrollment processes.
• Design and deliver information/services via presentations, webinars, and events.
• Assist in resolving tuition and enrollment issues and manage student caseloads.
