Responsibilities

• Providing walk-in and by-appointment support and assistance for students
• Consultation and advising services for faculty, staff, and others regarding case-specific student issues
• Coordinating case management for acute students-of-concern with campus partners
• Responding to emergency or crisis situations with campus resources
• Weekend and evening hours regularly required for crisis response and on-call work
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of services and reports
