Job summary

Communities In Schools of Tennessee (CISTN) partners with K-12 public schools to provide a community of support for students. Program Managers develop relationships with students and families, coordinate with school staff, and oversee services from Tier I to III in a data-driven approach.

They lead needs assessments, plan school-wide interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes while managing budgets and collaborating with community partners throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to plan and implement school-based interventions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, students, families, and community partners.
• Experience coordinating programs, budgets, and data reporting in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage a school support team and build staff relations to implement the CIS model.
• Lead annual needs assessment to identify gaps and plan services.
• Develop and execute a school support plan with measurable objectives.
• Monitor services regularly and adjust as needed for impact.
• Manage annual discretionary budget for school support activities.
• Provide case management and advocate for students and families.
