Job summary

Communities In Schools of Tennessee (CISTN) is seeking a Program Manager to lead the CIS model in partner schools, coordinating with administrators to deliver comprehensive student support services. You will guide needs assessments, develop school plans, and ensure services are delivered with measurable outcomes.

You will monitor progress, manage annual budgets, recruit community partners, advocate for students and families, and oversee data entry and reporting to affiliate leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• 4–8 years direct experience may substitute education.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Pursuing bachelor’s degree considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage school support team with administrators, staff, and teachers to implement the CIS model.
• Lead annual needs assessment based on district data, surveys, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and implement a school support plan with measurable objectives.
• Monitor and adjust services to maximize impact with monthly/quarterly progress checks.
• Manage an annual budget with discretionary funds for school plans.
• Provide case management for 10% of enrolled students (25–50) with Tier II/III services.
• Advocate for students and families in meetings (IEP, MTSS, etc.).
• Collaborate on school attendance initiatives and data reporting.
