Job summary

Communities In Schools of South Carolina (CISSC) seeks a Site Coordinator to lead program management at the school site(s) and deliver evidence-based interventions for identified students.

You will coordinate CIS operations, work with staff to identify needs, and develop comprehensive School Support Plans with Tier 1–3 supports. You will also oversee data collection and reporting, and engage families and community partners to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, social services, or related field.
• 2 years of applicable work experience is preferred.
• Technologically proficient with office software such as spreadsheets, word processing, and CISDM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the CIS Model and School Support standards.
• Assess and prioritize student needs with school staff.
• Lead a School Support team and manage CIS operations at the site.
• Develop a School Support Plan with Tier 1–3 interventions.
• Provide case management for a minimum of 50 students and deliver evidence-based supports.
• Collect, enter, and report student data regularly.
