Job summary

Marquette University is seeking a Coordinator of Conflict Resolution and Student Support to support student conduct cases, mediation, and CARE team coordination. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Student Affairs or Higher Education preferred; related fields may be considered.
• 1-3 years experience in student affairs or higher education.
• Master’s Degree preferred; counseling/social work or related fields may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Student Conduct Administration: conduct intakes, hearings, outcome meetings and sanctions per policy.
• Student Conduct Case Management: manage workflows, documentation, and communications; monitor deadlines and follow-up.
• Conflict Mediation and Resolution: facilitate student-to-student mediation and refer complex cases.
• Conflict Resolution Education: deliver workshops and trainings to students and leaders.
• CARE Team Coordination: participate in CARE team meetings and implement recommendations.
• Collaboration and Development: coordinate referrals with campus partners and support process reviews.
