Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; minimum 5 years training/teaching or industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and PA Act 15 clearances/training certificates at hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet with students to identify personal, academic, transportation, employment, childcare, or other barriers affecting attendance.
• Provide proactive support and connect students with internal and community resources to address barriers.
• Assist students in developing strategies to improve attendance, engagement, and educational progress.
• Help students identify postsecondary education, career, training, or employment goals.
• Assist students in developing individualized transition plans and steps to achieve goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide follow-up support as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with grant and College requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors, Workforce Development staff, Student Services, and community partners.
