Job summary

Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) seeks a Welcome Center associate to provide a progressive, student-centered, one-stop experience across campuses. You will assist applicants and students with admissions, advising, billing, financial aid, parking passes, and records, guiding them through enrollment and transition to the college.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 4 years experience or equivalent combination.
• Valid Driver's License.
• PA Act 15 clearances and required trainings at hire.
• Flexibility to travel between campuses as needed.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a high-quality front-line experience for students at the Welcome Center.
• Handles admissions, advising, billing, financial aid, and registration inquiries.
• Uses CRM, SIS, and LMS systems and assists with self-service kiosks.
• Assists with student book vouchers, repayment agreements, and financial aid transfers.
• Supports tuition reversals and retroactive withdrawal processes.
• Performs general office duties including room reservations and mail handling.
• Communicates clearly, works in a team, and may travel between campuses.
