The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience and includes PA Act 15 clearances; driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 year of experience in higher education or community-based organizations, or a similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's license
• PA Act 15 clearances and training certificates required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Development of off-campus jobs, student employment records and correspondence, and billing. (Essential)
• Assist the Director of Career Development & Transfer Services with building and maintaining relationships with local employers that provide employment and community service opportunities to HACC students - (Essential)
• Assist Employers and students with navigating College Central Network. - (Essential)
• Coordinate data collection to assist the Director of Career Development & Transfer Services with the submission of the annual report to the federal government on the number of students for whom positions were located, including student earnings. - (Essential)
• Support with mini internships and on and off-campus Career Development Workshops - (Essential)
• Perform other duties as assigned - (Standard)
