Job summary

EAB is seeking a Strategic Leader, Student Success, to serve as the primary relationship manager for college and university partners in Washington, DC. You will embed our Student Success Technology across campus and drive value with senior leaders.

You will align campus goals, develop annual Success Plans, and collaborate across divisions to maximize platform adoption and outcomes, travel 20–30% domestically, leading with data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas.
• Experience working with executives and senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with universities and community colleges using EAB’s Student Success technology.
• Consult with campus executives to establish leadership teams and accountability for platform adoption.
• Assess and optimize student support workflows and campus processes for platform integration.
• Collaborate on change management strategies across campus.
• Coordinate with technical/data support and launch consultants for smooth implementation.
