Qualifications

• Requires experience in academic advising/coaching and/or counseling within an education or social services setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Experience working with diverse student populations (traditional, non-traditional, first-generation) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic, personal, and career coaching and mentoring to students.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation; monitor engagement and progress.
• Analyze student data to tailor interventions and evaluate program effectiveness.
