Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in higher education student services or high school counseling/advising.
• Strong communication, computer and public speaking skills.
• Excellent customer service and sound judgement and ethical demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising and individualized support to students.
• Assist with course selection, registration and degree planning; guide on academic policy.
• Connect students to campus resources and develop academic recovery plans.
• Monitor academic progress and identify barriers to achievement.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote persistence, retention and timely graduation.
