Responsibilities

• Make four outreach attempts per week during the initial 10-day specialist phase.
• Draft a realistic course schedule and coordinate course reopenings.
• Document progress and case status in student information systems.
• Coordinate with the Student Success Coach, Learning Center Coordinator, and counselor to support reengagement.
