Job summary

ThrivePoint High School (Arizona) is seeking a Student Success Coach to help at-risk students access a quality high school education. You will work daily with students in-person and virtually, partnering with content teachers to ensure tasks are completed and students receive targeted support.

Role requires guiding students using benchmarks, reviewing progress, and communicating with students, parents, teachers, and site leadership. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferable.
• High School Diploma required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (current) required.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with students in-person and virtually.
• Work closely with content teachers.
• Ensure students complete assigned tasks.
• Provide appropriate support and interventions as needed.
• Guide students using standardized benchmarks and review course progress.
• Communicate with students, parents, teachers and site leadership.
