Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in education.
• Two or more years' experience in a metric-driven role.
• Driven to engage students proactively.
• Ability to craft clear, effective, and professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Student engagement and support, including proactive outreach and resource coordination.
• Documentation and metric evaluation—tracking outreach and regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Campus community development—planning events and promoting activities; proctoring exams.
