Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience including advising students individually and in groups.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field may substitute for one year of experience.
• Doctorate degree and internship/training may substitute for two years of required experience for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer complex programs, events, and projects for student success.
• Facilitate student involvement and engagement campus-wide.
• Plan and organize work requirements and priorities within responsibility areas.
• Provide guidance to students with highly complex academic, personal, and institutional issues.
