Job summary

Augusta University invites applications for an Academic Success Coordinator on the Summerville Campus. The role plans, develops, and manages student academic support programs within a college, partnering with faculty and staff to promote retention and student success.

You will analyze data to assess program effectiveness, track student progress, and generate reports for institutional partners. Familiarity with Excel and student information systems such as EAB Navigate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience.
• MA/MSc/MEd/MAT or equivalents accepted.
• Experience with higher education programs, data collection, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining college-level academic support programming.
• Implementing peer educator programs: recruitment, screening, orientations, and training.
• Collaborating with staff to create a comprehensive tutoring schedule each semester.
• Developing online resources and ASII 1101, Learning for Success courses.
• Collecting and analyzing data; generating progress reports for partners.
