The position supports academic risk monitoring and early-alert processes, conducts proactive student outreach, coordinates accommodated testing and student employee scheduling, and assists with student success data and other operational needs.
The Coordinator works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to support the efficient delivery of Center for Student Success services and ensure established processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and recognize when student concerns require escalation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and the ability to learn institutional technology systems.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience working in higher education, education, student services, or a related environment.
Experience with student information systems, learning management systems, case management systems, or similar technology.
Experience working with student data, records, or operational processes.
