Responsibilities

• Academic Risk Monitoring and Early-Alert Support: review alerts, route concerns, ensure timely follow-up.
• Student Outreach and Support: proactive outreach via email, text, calls; document outreach and referrals.
• Accommodated Testing and Accessibility Support: coordinate exams and testing materials; proctor and maintain schedules.
• Data and Operational Support: collect and maintain student success data; prepare routine reports.
• Additional Responsibilities: represent the center at events; some evenings/weekends may be required.
