The Student Success Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Center for Student Success and assists with the implementation of student retention and academic intervention processes. The position supports academic risk monitoring and early-alert processes, conducts proactive student outreach, coordinates accommodated testing and student employee scheduling, and assists with student success data and other operational needs.The Coordinator works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to support the efficient delivery of Center for Student Success services and ensure established processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.JOB FUNCTIONS:Academic Risk Monitoring and Early-Alert SupportSupport the College's early-alert process by reviewing submitted alerts, routing concerns to the appropriate staff member or campus resource, and helping ensure alerts receive timely follow-up.Monitor designated courses using established criteria to identify missing assignments, attendance concerns, low academic performance, and other identified indicators requiring follow-up.Refer identified concerns requiring individualized intervention or academic coaching to the appropriate success coach or campus resource.Student Outreach and SupportConduct proactive and targeted outreach to students through email, text messaging, telephone, and other approved communication methods related to academic progress, attendance, registration, retention, and other Center for Student Success initiatives.Document student outreach and responses and provide appropriate follow-up or referral.Provide students with information regarding available support services and assist with connecting students to appropriate campus resources.Coordinate out-of-class notifications and associated documentation in accordance with College procedures.Accommodated Testing and Accessibility SupportCoordinate accommodated examinations for students registered with Dyslexia & Accessibility Services (DASH), including scheduling and communicating testing arrangements with students and faculty.Prepare, receive, distribute, and securely maintain testing materials in accordance with established procedures.Proctor accommodated examinations and ensure approved testing accommodations are appropriately implemented.Maintain accurate testing schedules, records, and documentation.Provide administrative and operational support for additional accessibility services and processes as needed.Data and Operational SupportAssist with the collection, organization, entry, and maintenance of student success and retention data.Prepare routine reports, tracking documents, and student lists to support retention and intervention efforts using established processes and templates.Coordinate scheduling and provide day-to-day supervision of Center for Student Success student employees across CSS units, including routine training, timekeeping, and communication.Provide administrative and operational support for Center for Student Success programs and initiatives.Additional ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Center for Student Success and support recruitment, retention, orientation, and other College initiatives through events, tabling, and outreach activities. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the Center for Student Success and College initiatives.Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and recognize when student concerns require escalation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and the ability to learn institutional technology systems.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience working in higher education, education, student services, or a related environment. Experience with student information systems, learning management systems, case management systems, or similar technology.
