Lindenwood University is seeking a Student Success Navigator in Enrollment Management and Marketing. The role focuses on serving as the primary contact for a caseload of new undergraduate students, maintaining regular outreach, and guiding students through the transition from enrollment to the start of classes.

The Navigator collaborates with staff and faculty to support retention and persistence, ensuring each student receives timely advocacy and access to relevant resources.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a caseload of new undergraduate students.
• Initiate contact with newly assigned students promptly by telephone and written communication.
• Guide students through transition from enrollment commitments to first day of class, including financial aid requirements, placement, housing, billing, and system access.
• Maintain proactive, regular contact with assigned students via telephone, text, email, and meetings.
• Meet with students early each term and before registration to review checklists and resources.
• Refer significant personal or academic concerns to the appropriate Student Affairs office and coordinate follow-up.
