Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years general office experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as a primary contact for students, parents, and campus community.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and in person.
• Assist with student orientation events and workshops for individuals and groups.
• Guide students in navigating campus resources and academic processes.
• Participate in informational panels, presentations, and outreach activities.
• Serve on student advisory or recruitment boards, assisting with interviews and initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to support students’ academic and career exploration.
• Contribute to newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, data entry, and office support.
