Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Site Advisor to support the academic and operational needs of an assigned site. You will provide comprehensive academic advising and student support while coordinating with departments, partners, and stakeholders to promote excellence in student services.

The role involves counseling on degree requirements, planning, registration, financial aid and progression, plus contributing to site operations, compliance and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience providing academic advising or student services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with information systems and internet-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Sound judgment with limited supervision.
