Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of community college mission, goals, and populations served.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic advising and success coaching to assigned students throughout their college journey.
• Use predictive analytics, early alerts, and progress reports to identify at-risk students and coordinate timely interventions.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, text, and social media to maintain consistent student engagement.
• Support students in developing comprehensive academic and career plans aligned with degree completion and transfer goals.
• Administer and interpret non-cognitive assessments to inform academic and personal development strategies.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all student interactions in approved case management systems.
