Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or equivalent field from a regionally accredited college or university AND a minimum of two years of professional, directly-related experience in a college setting.
Experience coordinating student support services and retention efforts is preferred.
Ability to analyze retention data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement targeted student support services for persistence and retention.
Provide information on academic and career pathways.
Monitor attendance and progress; respond to TEAMS alerts and other triggers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design retention programs and interventions.
Train faculty and staff on student retention services and processes.
Engage in professional development to enhance advising resources and campus policies.
